Production Meetings

Regular meetings with the production team and director ensures that all changes and updates can be talked through, and looked at from all angles. For example, changing the height of a platform will affect the lighting designer as well as the set designer, and may have additional safety and cost implications.

Minutes should be taken and circulated for each meeting, so that there's a record of discussions and decisions.
