Made by A.D.B, and sold by them as the T12 Architectural Spotlight.
Photos submitted to us by Sebastiano Sciré shows Pink Floyd in 1967 using 8 of these Patt.12 spots in wooden boxes, at Elizabeth Hall in London, in the same way as birdies are used today. They were also used in triangular floor-mounted rigs in Amsterdam the same year.
