Delstar Engineering Limited specialise in the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of Stage Engineering and Stage Rigging Equipment for use in Theatres, Opera Houses, Concert Halls, Television Studios and Small Venues.
Our company has over 28 years experience with local and international clients. We offer regular servicing and rapid response support for existing and new clients throughout the U.K. and Europe.
Our in house design and manufacturing facilities provide a range of custom built special purpose equipment including power flying systems, individual or special purpose hoists, stage floors, lifting platforms, revolving stages, wagons and special effects, many ofthese items are available from stock for short or longer time term hire. As part of our complete design, manufacture and support service we are familiar with statutory Health and Safety requirements, LOLER 1998 (Lifting Operatives and Lifting Equipment Regulations) and PUWER 1998 (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations) and our Senior Engineers will liaise with Local Authorities and Insurance Agencies to implement the requirements of current legislation in your venue.

THE VARIETY IS INFINITE!
We build flown walls of Lattice frame construction, B.P. screens, F.P. screens, trussed beams, ladder beams, heavy duty tracked curtain rail and carriers.
We can provide stage trucks that are castored, tracked, static, driven, pushed or hauled.
We also offer power flown and counterweight assisted flying of pieces where speed and control are the optimum, using hydraulic rams hauling steel wire cables at various ratios. Our specialist knowledge enables us to utilize hydraulic and electric power to drive and control all these products ranging from the most simple hydraulic hand lever or push button operation to the more complex PLC control and ultimately closed loop computer control.
