Large Mirrorballs
Andre Rieu is reported to use a 2m wide mirrorball in his concerts.
How to light a Mirrorball
The intense beam from a profile moving light is the best option, especially if the beam can be zoomed down to focus the light on a small area of just the surface of the ball. Generic profile lanterns are not good, as the beam isn’t intense enough. Pinspots can produce a good effect, and can be positioned further away from the ball.
