If you’re heading out on tour, especially if you’re going internationally, the following information should be included. 

Basics

• List of venues in tour order
• Show schedules at each venue (if variations exist)
• Travel Details
• Transport Information
• Accommodation Details with local maps to show location of venue, accommodation and transport 
• Tour Calendar showing days off, travel days, tech days, dress days etc. 

Local Knowledge

• Nearest Hospital / Emergency Dentist to each venue
• Recommended Physiotherapist / Sports Massage suppliers at each venue
• Restaurants and Bars (with closing times) close to the venue. Include vegetarian dining options. 
• Tipping Etiquette
• Rules or Customs applicable to each area
  • e.g Smoking / Drinking in public spaces
  • Public Behaviour
  • Areas to avoid
  • Whether ID should be carried at all times
• Local Transport connections
• Nearby Gym / Leisure Facilities 
• Currency used, along with exchange rates and recommendations for places to exchange currency
• Language spoken, along with handy phrases (Hello, Please, Thank You)
• Local Customs
