    Paint Frame

    The Theatre Royal Windsor has a paint frame measuring 32 feet wide with a 21 feet drop. Access to the frame is through the Stage Door or dock doors and access is normally available from 9-00am until 7-00pm. Evening working may also be available on request.
    The workshop has its own compressor as well as air-conditioning/extraction. There is a scenic lift giving access to the paint frame from the theatre dock on the floor below and staff for loading in and out scenery can be supplied by prior arrangement and at extra cost. The location of the paint frame in this producing house offers unmatched access to similarly minded professional staff able to assist and advise in all areas of theatre production.
    The Theatre Royal Windsor Paint Frame has been used by some of the top scenic artists in the UK and has been used for painting cloths for such diverse companies and projects as, Greenwich Theatre, The Theatre Royal, York, The Reduced Shakespeare Company, various murals and even a Caribbean Cruise.
    With it’s close proximity to London it offers an economic and convenient solution for scenic artists in London, its south west environs and Berkshire.
