Lampo was created in 1983 by Mr Dario Pezzini and Mr Guido Beladelli, to manufacture lighting equipment.
In its 2.500 square ft. building, Lampo has punching machines, presses, hydraulic bending machines and varnishing plant to make the finished products.
Lampo started in the professional lighting in 1983 with the launch of Astro and Krypton, 2 or 3 movement projectors, innovations for that period because they used rectangular coloured lenses.
In 1985, Little Star and Derby were born, functioning by a music animated system.
1986 is the year of the E.T. series, products with 2, 4, 6 or 8 lenses.
Sintesi was born in 1990: it was a projector controlled by a microprocessor, the mechanism was moved by stepper motors, it had 8 gobos, strobe effect and Pan & Tilt movement.
The following year Supercondor is on the market: it produced 2 light beams through 2 moving heads. The technological development carried on in1993, year of Domingo, centrepiece with 6 dichroic filters and 8 mirrors that works in pairs. In the same year, Lampo increased its production with Columbus, compact miniscanner, smart and versatile with strobe effect, black out effect, 8 gobos and 8 colours, and dimmer in the halogen version.
In 1994 is Vortex the new product, centrepiece that produced various multicoloured reflection games.
Since 1995 to nowadays Lampo's production has increased and many are the products that comes out from the factory in Castel Goffredo.
Deserved to be mentioned Raffaello e Tintoretto: powerful and spectacular centrepieces.
