Clay Paky
Founded in August 1976 by Pasquale (Paky) Quadri and fellow musician Claudio Paredi, Clay Paky SpA is based in Bergamo, Italy. Claudio Paredi died just after the company was founded.
1982: The first product was Astrodisco, followed a year later by Astroraggi.
2014: Clay Paky founder Pasquale Quadri died, just after the sale of the company to Osram was announced.
2022: December - it was announced that Arri had acquired Clay Paky.
